STEPS TO DECLARING A MAJOR/MINOR

FOR MAJORS AND MINORS

If you would like to declare a major or a minor, first consult the advisor for your major/ minor program and have them sign an Advising Form that lists your proposed plan of classes. The appropriate Advising Form is located under each program's page, listed below. Retain a copy of the signed form and give the original to your advisor.

Next step -- complete an online Declaration of Major/Minor form through DocuSign (found HERE). ATTACH A COPY OF THE SIGNED ADVISING FORM TO THE DOCUSIGN FORM. Please list the Department’s Director of Undergraduate Programs (DUP), Prof. Anri Yasuda (ay4yq) as both the Declaration of Major/Minor Contact and as Declaration of Major/Minor Signatory on this form.
