On Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m., the Mid-Atlantic Korean Speech Contest was held via Zoom, bringing together talented students from across the area. A total of 26 students from 15 universities participated, each selected through their respective campus preliminaries, and showcased their Korean language skills on stage.
Representing UVA was Camden Dunbar (a third-year student majoring in Global Studies) who delivered an impressive and confident performance in the contest. Dunbar was chosen as our school’s delegate after winning a competitive preliminary contest held on March 19 at UVA where 33 students from the intermediate Korean courses participated.
Stellar work, Camden!
